Christine Ha pop-up at Ozone Bar in Hong Kong June 28 to July 1
I’m excited to announce I’ll be doing a pop-up in collaboration with Ozone Bar in Hong Kong! Ozone is located on the 118th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong and is the tallest rooftop bar in the world. That’s the hubs and me below at the VIP corner table overlooking breathtaking HK during our visit in May. And now, from June 28 to July 1, I’ll be back with a very special event: my biggest pop-up restaurant yet!

Peruvian Ceviche | Sea bass, masago, won ton crisps
Texas Fried Chicken sandwich | Buttermilk biscuit, honey butter, spicy pickled watermelon
Korean Wagyu beef taco | Kim chi, grilled Mexican street corn
Fourth course is a special mystery dish where guests will be invited to eat as I do and blindfold themselves before tasting.
Hong Kong Milk Tea Ice Cream
The five-course summer-themed dinner is HKD 980 per person with an additional HKD 480 for the delectable cocktail pairings.
