Blind Love, a docuseries on how blind & low vision singles find love

First and foremost, I hope you are doing okay during this time. It’s crazy how much the coronavirus and COVID-19 have infiltrated every fabric of every nation.I, like many of you, have mostly been staying home to do our part in flattening the curve. Life is completely upside down now, and while there are many serious things to deal with, sometimes we just need a break. Here’s a docuseries called Blind Love, which follows four blind and low vision singles in their quests for love.I helped produce this series because as a blind individual myself, I believe it’s important to share what life is like for the visually impaired, right down to the seemingly mundane aspects of dating. Love is something every human craves, and those with disabilities and sightlessness are no different. The more opportunities we provide for others to understand us, the more inclusive and universally accepting this world becomes; therefore, it is my duty to continue to be involved with things that help further this cause. So check out this short series, and tell me, if you are visually impaired yourself, would you disclose this in your dating profile? If you are sighted, would you date a vision impaired person? Why or why not? How would you feel if they didn’t reveal this part of them in their dating profile?Get the whole Blind Love series on YouTube.
